IT Support Engineer to £17K
You will be supporting our business only customer base solving technical queries for a wide range of Internet services including: Email; Web Hosting; Credit and Debit Card processing; Broadband; and others.
You will also be monitoring our systems to ensure they run efficiently and reporting faults where necessary.
The role is technically varied and requires a self-motivated approach to problem solving. Ideally suited to new graduate or recent support role. Knowledge of HTML, FTP, Perl, PHP, ASP a distinct advantage.
