We're building innovative products and platforms for software companies throughout the world and are looking for an exceptional PPC & CRO specialist to join our team.
As a PPC & CRO Specialist, you will be focused on acquiring and converting our target audience using online advertising. You will create new advertising campaigns and optimise conversion rates across platforms such as Adwords, LinkedIn and Unbounce. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign ROI and measuring the impact of our advertising channels on company growth.
You should possess excellent analytical skills and enjoy the creative side of campaign development and optimisation. You're a self-starter, always keen to improve processes and achieve goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for analytics and the drive and ownership to work in a startup environment.
Key aspects of the role
- Developing new advertising campaign ideas and working with our content team to build assets to convert your audience
- Continuous optimisation of keyword placements, re-marketing strategies and bids to increase campaign ROI
- Implementation of A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion KPIs across advert copy, landing pages and product features
- Managing advertising budgets and identifying opportunities for increased investment
- Creation of compelling and concise copy for adverts that achieve strong CTR and identify conversion intent
- Research new advertising mediums and develop agile testing strategies to assess efficacy
- Creation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to communicate campaign progress to the team
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to align advertising strategy with business targets
Requirements
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms (Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, AdRoll)
- Good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and statistics
- Experience using Google Analytics to measure advertising performance
- Comfortable managing advertising budgets
- A creative approach to marketing optimisation
- An understanding of the role content creation plays in advertising success
- A self-starter with intelligence and natural curiosity. You're driven to constantly improve the way you perform your role

Base Salary: £18,750 - £21,000 (DOE)
OTE Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
