An excellent opportunity has become available for a Finance Assistant to work within a leading property business who are currently going through a period of growth following a recent acquisition.

About The Role
The role is part of a small finance team and each member of the team has responsibility for their own portfolio of properties, duties will include processing supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries and weekly payment runs. You will be required to carried out complex reconciliations and reporting on expenditure and budget vs actual.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within Finance and having previous experience within the property industry is key for this role.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with external clients and with senior management and stakeholders. Strong IT skills are required with advanced level Excel being beneficial.
