We are looking for psychologically informed, person centred support workers that are willing to go the extra mile to support their clients to succeed. Applicants will be adept time managers with a high level of IT literacy who are able to manage a diverse caseload spread across the Luton and Dunstable area, access to your own car is essential. Primary Tasks / Responsibility Maintain a caseload of up to 25 clients of varying needs and aspirations, ensuring all clients have an up to date and co-designed support plan that addresses the National Outcomes Framework which ensures that clients are: Promoting Personal and Community Safety Promoting Independence and Control Promoting Economic Progress and Financial Control Promoting Health and Wellbeing Provide an average of 4.5 hours of support to each client as follows 1.5 hours individual keywork session 2 hours lifestyle/employment workshops 2 hours Team SP engagement To work as required within the project rota system which includes evenings and weekends. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of sector best practice and issues relating to the support of our diverse client group. Ensure that all files (paper and electronic) are maintained in a meticulous order for audit/review purposes and that all files are accurate and fully recorded on InForm/CAPITA. Ensure compliance with all current legislation in particular the Care Act 2014 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Commit to personal development in keeping with the requirements of the job. Maintain professional standards at all times in line with Signposts (Luton) policies and procedures. Deputise for the Floating Support Manager as required. Produce Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports and Returns. Undertake any other reasonable duties required by management. Have a full driving license and use of a vehicle..
