If you do have some experience of caring for family or elderly people, that would be great. But above all, we value and look for kindness. We make sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality,

As part of our team, you'll help our residents to learn to use aids that will improve their mobility and provide compassionate care, comfort and emotional support. Everything you do for our residents, you'll do with their wellbeing in mind, above anything else.

A real natural when it comes to caring for and getting along with a diverse range of people, you'll have lots of positive energy. Able to manage your time effectively, you should also know how to keep accurate records. A brilliant communicator, you'll always be truly considerate whether you're caring for a resident or supporting a colleague.
