We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trainer (CAFM Systems or Dynamics AX) to join an expanding company with an excellent record for staff retention. Responsibilities:

• The successful IT Trainer/IT Training Manager will have extensive experience of developing and delivering systems and business change training on a variety of applications. Having excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
• Provide high quality bespoke systems training as part of new or change projects.
• Provide high quality training to all users in the most appropriate style, class room, 1:1, group, self-help, E-learning etc.
• Provide training in all aspects of the IT systems and solutions portfolio ensuring training meets the requirements of the business and gets the very best out of the systems.

Key attributes:

• Experience of achieving targets and producing work of high quality to agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Extensive experience of providing training to a wide range of users in line with agreed standards.
• Experience of the production of training material to a very high quality.
• Extensive experience of training in an IT/Business Change environment on a multi-site environment.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) skills.

Experience in CAFM systems such as Maximo, Planet, Kronos, Dynamics and Saffron (or other equivalent systems) is desirable
