Senior Software Engineer (C#/ASP.NET/Agile), GBP45,000, Chester
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience of .NET Programming within an Agile environment to join an award winning finance company based in Chester. My client have a number of exciting projects they need an experienced programmer to play a lead role on.
Working in an agile environment for project delivery you will help shape and design user stories and be fully involved with the execution - as a Senior C#.NET/Agile Developer you will also help integrate new technologies and ensure best practice is being followed. Additionally you will be experienced in test driven development (TDD).
The successful Engineer will have previous experience performing coding reviews of developers' code and will be confident acting as a mentor to other staff. This should not feel like a chore.
The successful Senior C#.NET/ASP.NET Software Engineer will possess the following skills:

- C#.NET with ASP.NET and MVC.
- Commercial experience of developing applications with Angular JS.
- Good Front End skills - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
- Good SQL Server skills as well as T-SQL.
- Developing with OOP Principles within an Agile environment.
- Mentoring junior developers.
