Software Design Engineer/Mentor - C/C++ IoT
A leading a software company based in Cambridge who design and develop software products for smart homes, automation and Internet of Things are looking for an experienced Senior Research Engineer to join their thriving and innovative team.
You will join and lead their research team, you will be responsible for the design & development of new algorithms on their smart home applications, identifying and reporting on cutting edge methods, evaluating both types of solutions on large scale data sets, and mentoring other team members.

Requirements:
Strong academic background, good degree Masters or higher, or a PhD from a respected University
Strong industrial experience
Demonstrable skills in Digital Processing and Audio Signals
C/C++
Knowledge of Scripting and algorithm prototyping: Python/Bash
Strong experience dealing with Machine Learning algorithms
Strong knowledge of development under Linux/Unix or Windows
