Contracts & Property Maintenance Manager

Bury

Salary: £28,420 per annum following successful 6 months probationary period

Hours: 37 hours per week

A leading supported housing provider has a great opportunity for a Contracts & Property Maintenance Manager which will be based in Bury. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will ensure that the property maintenance service is delivered in line with the Association's Policies and Procedures, meeting home standards for quality, time, responsiveness and cost.

To be successful in this role as a Contracts & Property Maintenance Manager you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; high level of experience of void, cyclical and reactive works; property surveying experience and ability to carry out diagnosis and remedy of maintenance defects; building qualification [HNC]. You will also have strong technical writing capabilities; sound written and verbal communication skills and proven IT skills together with great organisational and staff management abilities.
