School Nurse/ Paramedic

SCHOOL NURSE / PARAMEDIC Required as soon as possible We have a vacancy in our in-house Medical Centre which will appeal to applicants at any stage of their career in Nursing/Paramedic Nursing. You will be a dedicated and confident nurse keen to join our team. The Health Centre provides high quality nursing care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for pupils during term time. Our nurses will be RN, RSCN or Paramedic qualified and applicants should have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience preferably with A&E, minor injury, or as a practice nurse, coupled with basic IT skills. Enthusiasm and a keen interest in adolescent health are also essential. The appointment will be term-time only and for 24 hours per week and will include On Call night duties. The role is both diverse and rewarding and applicants should be confident to work autonomously and keen to support and influence the lives of the young people in their care.
