Our Maidstone based client are looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their growing business.

In this busy role that is both telephone and administration based, You will focus on ensuring outstanding customer service is always given.

Duties will include:

* Processing information onto the system, investigating information
* Reviewing customer emails and dealing with queries
* Liaising with customers and third parties on the telephone
* General administrative tasks
* Hours: Monday to Friday, alternate weeks; 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm

You will have:

* Experience of working within a customer orientated environment
* Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
* Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Working knowledge of MS Office packages
* Customer service focused
