Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk
An Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk is required by a leading organisation in Weybridge, where you will be reporting to the IT Finance Manager and will be responsible for the day to day payables and purchase order processing.
As the Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk you will be accountable for the purchase ledger control including coordination, coding and processing of invoices, you will organise approvals for invoices/POs/expenses and follow-up on outstanding approvals and invoicing queries.
Along with experience working in a similar role, the Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk will also have the following:
* Knowledge of accounts system SAP. Experience of using KeyedIn (timesheet/project management tool)
* Ability to build constructive and effective relationships both with immediate team colleagues and abroad based inter-company contacts
* Numerate with good communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong knowledge of accounting functions
