A great opportunity to join Phil Dixon our Head Chef and his dedicated team of 8 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who deliver 3 Rosette food in our Mulberry Restaurant using fresh local ingredients.

SCOPE

Working alone with responsibility for preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes for our Breakfast Buffet and cooking and plating to order guest's hot food choices.

MAIN DUTIES

• Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet

• Preparing and plating hot food items to order

• 5 days per week. 6.30am to 10.30am (20hrs per week)

• Complying with food hygiene requirements throughout your methods of working

REQUIREMENTS

• Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation

• As well as experience of preparing breakfast dishes you must be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly

• Ability to work alone in an organised, tidy and hygienic manner

• Reliability to ensure breakfast cover each day

SALARY & BENEFITS

GBP7.50 per hour, 20 hrs per week guaranteed (GBP7,800)
