My client, a fantastic and innovative technology based company in Taunton are looking for a Junior Tech Consultant to join their growing team. This is fantastic opportunity which is offering full training and the chance to join a rewarding company who offer excellent benefits.
Do you have experience working with customers?
Have you got a passion for IT?
Do you have the drive and enthusiasm to learn?
Do you have 5 GCSE's grade 'C' or above and a valid driving license?
Daily Activities:-
• Understanding and implementing customer requirements from an order
• Organising a project into it's component parts and completing each; on-time and accurately
• Reporting on project progress
• Analysing and extracting customer data
• Writing and testing bespoke criteria-based rule sets
• Writing and testing bespoke document design templates
• Identifying and escalating issues
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivation
• Enthusiasm for new and bespoke software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
