Hertford Regional College is looking for an effective and committed manager to lead the implementation of our HE strategy, and co-ordinate activities to increase participation in Higher Education.

HRC is a member of the well established Hertfordshire Higher Education Consortium. We offer a range of Foundation Degrees in a number of curriculum areas, as progression routes to Higher Education from our FE programmes.

We also provide teacher training qualifications in partnership with the University of Greenwich. With more than 300 FTE students on Higher Education programmes at HRC, the post of HE Development Manager is an important role for the college.

You will be our main link with the University of Hertfordshire, consortium partners, and external bodies concerned with HE, such as the QAA. You will be responsible for supporting colleagues across the college in developing new HE programmes, and in ensuring that HE provision at HRC is of a consistently high standard. You will lead activities within the college and our locality to widen and increase participation in Higher Education.

Further Details

Hours: 36 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Salary: GBP36,350 to GBP40,500 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience

Annual Leave: 35 days per annum
