About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Plant & Equipment Administrator to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Derby.

What you'll be doing

As a Plant & Equipment Administrator, you will:

  • Monitor, review and, were applicable, challenge and advise on the customer requirements received into the department.
  • Ensure correct approval has been received from project in order to process a correctly formatted requisition.
  • Generate delivery notes for the Transport Controller and Site and make key site personnel aware of each delivery.
  • Generate accurate 'Items to follow' list with estimated delivery times for each item.
  • Ensure a request reference number is linked to requestor reference number on each requisition both in the portal and delivery notes.

You will have:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Good IT skills (particularly Microsoft packages)
