This is an exciting opportunity for a Housing Assistant to join the General Needs Housing service on a temporary basis, initially for 9 months to provide maternity cover, based in the Durham Office.

For this role, you will be an enthusiastic worker with a minimum of one years’ experience working in a customer lead service. This role involves welcoming visitors to the office and working as part of a team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of administrative tasks, which support the delivery of an excellent housing service to all tenants. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate your experience of team working, as well as your ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and tenants.
