Salary: Fixed Point Salary (£38.5K)

Permanent – 35 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Wellbeing Manager – Social Investment on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

Our client is the largest registered provider of social housing, made up of nine social housing based solely in the North West of England. They are delivering a major transformation change programme, in the way in which they deliver services and how they are structured as a business.

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping their customer services and supporting their wider operational teams, they are looking for a Wellbeing Manager (Social Investment) to join our Operations team. 

Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing & Social Investment, you will manage the delivery of social investment projects, which compliments health and wellbeing services across the whole business to meet business objectives and regulatory standards.  Ensure that expertise and support, tailored to the specific needs of each neighbourhood, is provided in all aspects of social investment, health and wellbeing, including best practice, compliance, strategies, policies and procedures. 

This post will manage the delivery and development of the adaptations service across the organisation, ensuring a fit for purpose service that complies with the relevant legislation. You will also investigate new funding opportunities and apply for funding to deliver social investment projects and wellbeing services within neighbourhoods across 3 regions.

To be successful, it is essential you have a proven track record of designing and implementing wellbeing and social investment initiatives and experience of translating strategic intent into operational plans and delivering a first-class social investment service.
