Operations & Administration Coordinator
Fastenal has an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Administration Coordinator to join us in Ystrad Mynach. The successful applicant will join us on a part time basis and will receive a very competitive hourly rate of pay.

The Operations & Administration Coordinator Role
Working as a Part-Time Operations & Administration Coordinator, you will be expected to carry out general administration tasks e.g. submitting invoices for payment, assisting corporate administration tasks, liaising with suppliers and assisting the organisation of regional tasks. You will be expected to carry out the tasks in a competent and attentive manner.
Operations & Administration Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Submitting Invoices for payment
- Assisting Corporate administration tasks
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Assisting negotiating corporate operational contracts (i.e. car rental programs, fuel cards, etc.)
- Assisting the Organization of regional tasks (i.e. corporate meetings)

- Service oriented
- Bookkeeping, Accounting or Data Entry experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Valid driving license
