Cyberpower UK are seeking a new Marketing Coordinator to join their expanding team in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You must be self motivated and self-driven, with strong project management skills. You must be a creative thinker, and able to take the initiative to drive Cyberpower UK’s marketing campaigns to the next level. It will be desirable, although not compulsory, to have an understanding and an interest in the current PC gaming market – e.g. understanding of esports, popular games and technology trends.
This role is largely focused on digital marketing, whereby you would be responsible for all marketing channels. You must be able to keep up with rapidly changing trends within the gaming market, and create marketing campaigns to meet these trends. You will work closely with our vendor brands to implement new products and promotion launches, including collaborative market campaigns across the Cyberpower website, media advertising and social media. It is important to maintain close relationships with gaming and technology media channels, to arrange banners, site skins, review systems and content articles each month.
This role also includes the management and attendance of some gaming events within the UK. This will involve booking exhibition space, organising all aspects of the funding, stand design / build (through a third party builder), on-stand and digital marketing activities for pre / during / post event.
The salary for this role is negotiable, dependant on experience.
Job Outline
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) ; Understanding of basic SEO strategies to implement across the Cyberpower website – concentrating on target search terms
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/ Paid Search Advertising : Experience using Google Adwords, Analytics, Google shopping feeds etc
- Social Media Management: Twitter, Facebook , Instagram, website forum, Trustpilot
- E-marketing + content marketing ; email newsletters and blogging
- Event Management: organising attendance at gaming exhibitions and large UK events
- Budgets and forecasting: Forecasting yearly and monthly marketing expenditure
- Sponsorship / Influencers : Negotiating gaming influencer and esports sponsorship contracts
- Media and advertisement : Organising, negotiating and managing contracts for media and advertising agencies

Personal Attributes
- Must be extremely self driven and self motivated
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Personable and confident in maintaining and developing relationships
- Confident in negotiating contracts and marketing proposals
Desirable
- PC gaming / tech knowledge and / or experience
- 2 + years digital marketing experience
