The Charity for Civil Servants is one of the UK’s largest and most successful occupational charities providing support to all civil servants, past and present, throughout their lives, with whatever problems they may have.

You will have experience in supporting a regional team with extensive travel and diary management needs. You may have gained this experience previously in a Sales support environment.

The key areas of this role are:

• Preparing business activity reports and handling large amounts of data on a daily basis using Excel.
• Manage Heads of Engagement’s lead generation and place leads in the Area Development Managers’ work plan for visits to sites across the UK.
• Facilitate contacting sites for other additional visits as and when required.
• Organising travel arrangements and booking venues and accommodation for a busy sales team.
• Provide accurate information on a timely basis to support the Regional team with their campaigns.
• Ability to liaise both internally and externally at all levels.
• Carry out all routine administrative processes to support the Regional team and the Managers paying particular attention to detail.
• Deal with telephone calls and enquiries and maintaining the local office with regard to facilities.
