Customer Communications Analyst - Life, Pensions, Insurance Products

Customer Communications Analysts required to join our Financial Services Client based in Edinburgh. The contract will run for an initial 6 months with potential for extension.

This is a key period of change for our client. The implementation of a new system, replacing multiple Legacy systems, and an overall review of customer propositions and experience provides a unique opportunity to review, streamline and re-design all of the customer outputs for Life, Pensions & Investments products. As part of this transformation our client aims to make customer communications more compelling and help customers to be better informed about the products they use or may use in the future.

The Customer Communications Analysts will work with business areas to help deliver specifications for customer outputs, then develop and design the outputs themselves. This may involve identifying opportunities for streamlining eg identifying products where outputs overlap and may be shared.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills and experience:
*Understanding of Life, Pensions &/or Insurance Products
*Have the ability to analyse requirements and recognise crossover
*Background and experience in customer communications
*Excellent communications and stakeholder management
*Understanding of data feeds used to populate outputs and how these could work within the bank.
