It is why the rapidly growing , award-winning business is currently looking to recruit two head chefs, two chefs de partie and one commis chef to join its staff of more than 700.

“We have five new positions in our catering team here at Bluestone”, said Claire Lewis, head of people services.

“We think that given the stunning location of Bluestone, and the fact that we offer a great package of additional benefits, this will be a really appealing opportunity for a number of enthusiastic chefs”.

“Pembrokeshire really is a stunning county, steeped in history and culture, not to mention some of the world’s most stunning coastline”, added Claire.

“There’s a lot to be said about being able to finish work and head straight to the beach to walk the dog with the kids, or just enjoy the more relaxed pace of life we have here in Pembrokeshire.”

The five successful candidates, who will have a passion for good food, along with a desire to be part of the dynamic and friendly Bluestone team, will bolster the staff working across the resort’s seven eateries, including four restaurants.

“Put that together with a friendly, vibrant community and you have a very desirable place to live, especially for young families”, added Claire.

The national park is also home to a rich wildlife including seals, dolphins and rare birds such as choughs and skylarks.

“This could well be the perfect job for someone who wants to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city and settle down in some of the most beautiful places around Britain”, added Claire.
