Salary - GBP30,000 - GBP50,000 + bonus, LTIP, package

?? The business has achieved serious financial results which has created this role and allows them to increase their presence in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
?? As well as strong base salary, the business have a newly implemented bonus and incentive plan in place which is highly lucrative for those that deliver.
Your role
?? With all the tools you'd expect a leading organisation to provide, you will be tasked with Account growth in line with set targets.
?? Armed with an impressive panel of insurers offering market leading products, schemes and rates, your role will be to interact with client stakeholders, developing relationship and winning long term business.
?? Full marketing and lead generation support is provided (as well as an account handling/administrative team) as well as access to a range of affinities, introducers and chamber of commerce relationships. There is also a live pipeline of prospects.
?? This is not a role for those seeking a comfortable ride, it calls for ambitious individuals ready to make their mark with a UK household name.
You
?? You will demonstrate a proven track record of winning profitable, commercial insurance business, ready to expand your career with a market leader.
?? You will thrive in a targeted environment, driven by exceeding expectations and reaping the rewards this offers.
?? Strong knowledge of commercial insurance is essential, as is a driven approach to winning and retaining business.
?? CII qualifications are an advantage, but by no means essential.
