If you are passionate, dynamic and proactive with great experience, then this role as a casual Fitness Class Instructor at Horley Leisure Centre in Horley, Surrey is for you. Our standard operating procedures to give you guidance on how to run your classes, each class you deliver will be fun, safe and effective providing a positive experience for our customers - they will be coming back for more! You will have charismatic charm that will hold the attention of all customers in the studio, with a key focus on customer care, you will be punctual, flexible and reliable. At each class you will need to be available before and after to guide, motivate, assist by answering customer queries. A real people person, you will naturally be a team player as you will work with other instructors and staff members within the centre to ensure a successful Fitness Class Programme. We are looking for instructors who want to develop and progress through gaining additional qualifications plus attending workshops and courses to learn how to cater for all our customer's needs. You will need to have experience and a qualification to teach Group Cycle, Power Pump along with a Level 2 Exercise to Music Qualification.
