Build Relationships that Matter! CABA is a charity that provides support for the chartered accountant community and information and resources to enable individual members and their families to promote their own wellbeing. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Relationship Development Manager to join our team. The role will help build relationships within the business community to further the awareness and understanding of our services within the chartered accountant community. As the world changes, so do the requirements placed on chartered accountants. The services that we provide can help support chartered accountants in this changing world. Our challenge is making sure that chartered accountants are aware of us and the services that we provide. We are looking to further develop and improve relationships and our engagement in four key areas - Accountancy practices Business and industry Training providers Recruitment Consultancy Most chartered accountants in work can be found in practices or business. These areas are obviously places we seek to develop further. We are also keen to develop relationships with training providers to ensure that wellbeing and CABA's services form part of the training provided to chartered accountants from the outset. Additionally, we have identified specialist accountancy and finance recruitment consultancies as an ideal area in which to further promote CABA's services. In many ways this is a traditional business development role. You will be required to identify the key people within specific organisations and contact them to develop effective working relationships. Where the role differs from a traditional business development role is that we're not selling anything! Our services are provided free to members. CABA's challenge is to identify the main stakeholders within organisations and enthuse them in such a way that they actively want to help promote our services. It is these people who will help inform and educate their colleagues to increase awareness of CABA and ultimately increase the use of our services. If you love developing great working relationships, then this could be the role for you. To apply you must be able to demonstrate that you possess passion, integrity, trust and be an effective team player. As part of our management team you will interact with all areas of CABA's operation. You will need to be able to show that you can work as both part of a team as well as on your own. You will have considerable autonomy in the role and the opportunity to increase awareness of CABA is huge. As such it is important that you can effectively plan and prioritise your own work and that of others. Being results oriented, you will need to demonstrate that you have a successful track record of delivering against targets. If you want to become part of an organisation that seeks and values your input, ideas and contribution, then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will enjoy a fantastic working environment and a highly competitive salary. We provide a great rewards package, including up to 10% pension, private medical insurance for you and your family, income protection insurance and a generous holiday allowance.
