Our client has an exciting opportunity for a HR / Recruitment Advisor to join their team based in Central London. This is a full time permanent opportunity, with a very competitive salary of £23,000 per annum + benefits package.
Our client is a UK Leading company in the Retail Industry and they a seeking an enthusiastic
HR / Recruitment Advisor to join their Head Office team and to be part of a first class people and employee relations service to the Company's most valuable assets; its People.
The role will be to recruit for Head Office employees, some roles will mean working with senior manager's / director's therefore experience of working in a high pressure environment is essential.

The HR / Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing your own case load of recruitment which will entail
locating, recruiting and interviewing job candidates, as well as
ensuring all the correct paperwork is in place for each vacancy
through to offer.
- Liaising with Line Managers and candidates, managing offers and
rejections and providing feedback when necessary.
- Ensuring that all matters are dealt with in a confidential,
professional, prompt and efficient manner.
- Providing general support to the HR Department as required.


The HR / Recruitment Advisor must be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and experience;
- Computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft packages and
database systems, including data entry
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral with good
attention to detail
