Job Description:

Set in the beautiful countryside of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park on the shores of Loch Long, the Forest Retreat is the hub of our client's cabin location. The Support Crew role in their retreat is exceptionally multi-faceted and always interesting. The primary focus for this role will be in the kitchen so catering experience is essential. It will also involve doing anything and everything to deliver customer delight - from greeting guests while working at reception, being part of the retail team, to making sure that their location and their cabins are clean and welcoming when guests arrive.

Passionate about creating unique and memorable holiday experiences, you should have a background that involves resolving customer issues and balancing the demands of customer service and commercial success. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with guests and have a helpful, positive personality. You will see problems as opportunities, and though you are confident and independent, you will also be a team player. Basic IT literacy would be an advantage and you should understand how everything that you do can impact on profit and loss.
