Salary: GBP17,500 + benefits as follows;

About the Admin Co-ordinator Role:
Joining a leading company as an Admin Co-ordinator, you'll work with an Executive PA to support the senior management teams.
In this interesting and challenging role you will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming and outgoing post (daily/weekly)
- Managing holiday tracking and holiday liability reporting to finance
- Managing business cards
- Managing Pass My Parcel 'pre' on-board client contracts and documents (T&Cs, draft contracts, SharePoint management, contact Matrix)
- Booking group accommodation
- Assisting with corporate events
- Booking meeting rooms (internal/external)
- Supporting new starters/leavers processes
- Booking conference calls
- Monthly activities (updating of contact lists/circulation of information)
- Updating and maintaining all relevant databases
- Processing mail merges
- Managing external visitor requirements (parking/security/catering)
- Maintaining organisation charts
- Organising stationery
- Writing and maintaining procedures
- Archiving and filing
- Ad-hoc admin requirements
- Providing holiday cover to the Executive PA
Office hours - The hours of the role are 08.30-17.00.
About You:
Although a track record in administration support would be desirable, demonstrable ability to prioritise with conflicting deadlines and a methodical approach to tasks would be considered, whether you've got commercial experience of admin support or not.
You'll also be able to evidence:
- Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with all team members and management
- Adaptability, positivity and effectivity when working with ambiguity and changing commercial drivers
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining an accurate, high quality output
- Highly organised with a well-developed approach to prioritisation
- PC literate - strong word, excel and Powerpoint knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidentiality is a must in this role
