HR Manager

German Speaking HR Manager - Reading - Initial 3 month Contract - GBP300 - GBP400 a day

Summary:

This role provides HR Services to a specific country or countries; may have one functional specialty. This function allows the businesses to operate efficiently, cost-effectively and in compliance with regulatory and industry practices. This function reports to the Manager HR SSC EMEA and has a close collaboration with all HR departments.

To be successful, you will need:

• Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration (or related field experience).

• 1-3 Years of HR experience, preferable in an admin role within an international environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the local labor law.

• Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software (eg Microsoft Suite), Peoplesoft experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment with a Matrix organization.

• Strong administration skills combined with a hand on mentality.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent proficiency with the German and English language (Written and Verbal).
