Position: Employee Benefits Administration Team Leader (EB)
Location: Bath
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP32,000
Term: 12 Month Contract
The client:
A highly reputable IFA firm in the Bath area is looking to offer an individual the chance to cover work for 12 months.
You will play a key role in the company as this is a position of responsibility.
The Role:
This purpose of this role is to line manage the Employee Benefits Administration Team in a way that supports delivery of service excellence at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with internal colleagues and external clients
Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide excellent ongoing service
Superior planning and organisational skills
Ability to work unsupervised while managing own workflow and workflow of the team
Excellent and professional telephone manner
Knowledge and understanding of products, legislative or technical industry changes
What's needed for me to be considered?
Previous experience working in a similar role within an Employee Benefits consultancy, IFA or pension provider environment
Team supervision experience
Group pensions and employee benefits administration experience and excellent understanding of this area
Knowledge and an understanding of Health, Risk and Wellbeing
