Project Worker / My Life Coach

 

Bolton

 

Salary: £19,894 per annum following successful completion of 6 months probationary period

 

37 hours per week - worked on a rota of early, mid and late shifts, including some weekends

 

Our client, a leading supported housing provider, has a great opportunity for a Project Worker / My Life Coach within their newly commissioned service which is at the heart of Bolton's locality plan. Building on the strengths of individuals, families, partner agencies and communities our client aims to deliver a flexible and innovative asset-based approach to reduce and prevent homelessness in Bolton improving outcomes for all.

 

The main purpose of the Project Worker / My Life Coach role is to empower the customer by facilitating the development of their skills and knowledge to enable them to access, secure and retain accommodation and housing into the future.

 

To be successful in this role as Project Worker / My Life Coach you will have knowledge and understanding of the needs of vulnerable and socially excluded people, and have a passion for encouraging and coaching individuals to manage their lives & fulfil their potential. You will also need to possess good written and verbal communication skills, IT skills, together with great organisational and time management abilities.
