Regional Technology Manager EMEA

Due to our growth and success, we are seeking a Regional Technology Manager to coordinate and deploy FCM Global products and technologies across the FCM network within the EMEA region. This includes all products and services as developed as part of the overall FCM global technology strategy and road-map plan. You'll be based in head office in New Malden, Greater London (24 minutes from London Waterloo)

Main responsibilities:

• Identifying applicable technologies within the EMEA region for deployment (working with the Corporate Technology Portfolio Manager)
• Developing product deployment plans
• Reporting project status and flagging risks
• Feedback collation from partners on products, regional requirements and enhancements
• Providing first level product training to key local resources responsible for ongoing application management
• Effective communication within local regional and global tech teams

We are looking for someone with specific knowledge with regards to the deployment of Online Booking Tools (OBTs). You will be tasked with internal collaboration with regards to contract management and vendor management of individual OBT providers to ensure contract terms and conditions are met. Due to the nature of the role, travel to other offices may be required and the need for flexibility and adaptability will be expected.

Experience required

• Minimum 3 years Business Travel external experience
• A comprehensive knowledge of the GDSs and processes (Amadeus & Galileo would be an advantage)
• Experience in a commercial or business environment
• Experience within an Online Booking Tool support team
