Your responsibilities will include:

*Building your knowledge and market expertise in a specialist market.
*Once you are ready, you will take ownership over a specialist market, developing your business with the aim of assisting clients with their hiring plans and successfully placing the best candidates in your niche.
*Responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
*Responsible for growing your business and applying strategy to this.
*Responsible for developing the Reqiva brand

Required Skills:

*Must be a graduate or have previous sales experience
*Commercial awareness and sales ability
*Organisational skills are key
*Information gathering and problem solving
*Internet navigation and social networking ability
*Strong written and communication skills
