Events and Golf Supervisor - Bath

GLL is looking for an Events and Golf Supervisor to work across three sites: Bath Pavilion, Entry Hill Golf Course and Approach Golf Course in Bath, Somerset. Assisting in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of an events venue and two golf courses, you'll ensure the health, safety and enjoyment of customers and colleagues alike. As an Events and Golf Supervisor, you'll be the sort of person who thrives in a busy environment and will be unfazed by the variety of the role. You could be doing everything from customer service and taking bookings to ensuring the general safety and cleanliness of the course and indoor areas to ensuring customers get an exceptional experience. As with any role, there will be some desk time and paperwork and, some shifts will include bar work into the early hours, running events, as well as some weekend and evening work, especially when we're hosting events at the Pavilion, as well as covering shifts as required. If you're calm under pressure, highly responsible and a natural with people from all walks of life, we'd like to hear from you. Flexibility, punctuality and reliability are just as important as integrity, a can-do attitude and a real focus on customer service. Passion and personality will stand you in good stead too! You'll most likely have experience of working in hospitality and your attention to detail and professionalism will be second to none.
