Sales Executive / Telesales / Telemarketing / Account Manager / IT

Experienced Sales Executive with 1 yrs + Sales is needed by our client, one of the UK's leading IT, Voice, Data and Mobile Solutions Providers to be based in their Spring Hill Passage (Birmingham) office. They offer IT support and infrastructures for hotels, online retailers, construction companies, solicitors, estate agents, and property investors.

With clients across Birmingham, Due to continued growth in the past 2 years, they are now looking for a new member to join their team.

The Role

• Cold call and email potential customers to identify prospects & opportunities
• Sell and promote products
• Update CRM
• Book appointments for the business development manager
• Focus on the core product range in the B2B SME and Corporate market
• Upsell and cross sell products to potential customers
• Expand own knowledge of IT Technology

Essential Skills

• Previous Telesales experience 1 yrs +
• Good Knowledge of IT infrastructure / IT pre-sales (desirable, not essential)

• Motivated by money
• Driven to surpass targets
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with customers

Salary: £14,000-15,500 (Depending on experience)
Salary increase upon completion of 6-month review.
Bonus and commission available on appointments and confirmed orders OTE of £25k+.
