Conveyancing Solicitor

A regional firm with offices in Blackburn and south Manchester is looking for a conveyancing fee earner with at least three years' experience to join the team.
My client's residential department consists of two supervisory solicitors and up to ten paralegals and assistant fee earners, and the firm has strong roots in both south and north Manchester, benefiting from a consistent stream of incoming work and a very well-established department.
The role will involve handling a variable residential case load, whilst mentoring and providing technical advice and support to the paralegals and assistants in the team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience handling a case load independently, will have a high standard of technical knowledge and will either be a solicitor or licenced conveyancer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor based in south Manchester who is looking for career options closer to home, where there is a good quality of work without a city-firm environment.
