The Role:

Our client's founder is looking for an exceptional and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all the business interests across several of his companies and his personal life with an emphasis on the maintaining and smooth running of all aspects.

This is not your average Operations Manager role. The work is extremely varied and across several sectors: property management, TV production & media and yachting alongside the management of this local entrepreneur's personal property and cars. We are therefore looking for someone who has experience of balancing these requirements, juggling conflicting demands, is innovative and of an entrepreneurial spirit themselves; who can suggest and understand ideas quickly and think ahead to anticipate needs before they arise.

The ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion is core to this role and an ability to fit in with the team and bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude goes without saying.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Business Owner to ensure the smooth running of his private assets including his house and personal life, ensuring all these are well maintained and fully operational.

  • Manage all aspects of our client's Properties Lettings Portfolio including overseeing the lettings agents, management of new purchases and sales and leading the direction of the core building teams
  • Oversight of the founder's personal assets including properties, vehicles and other assets
  • Management of the client's team and ensuring the quality of service delivery
  • Be the main port of call for resolving IT issues, liaising when necessary with the outsourced IT team
  • Implementation of the business processes supporting the newly established yacht charter business
  • To lead and implement new up-coming projects for the founder
