Lecturer – Health & Safety

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 pro rata
Contract: Indefinite - part-time – 141 annualised hours over a 36 week period - the courses will be run throughout the year to meet Awarding Organisation specifications.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver Level 2 Health and Safety and IOSHH qualifications to commercial clients. The successful candidate will need to hold current membership with IOSHH and up to date qualifications/experience to deliver the qualifications.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparation of schemes of work and lesson plans
- Development of resources to deliver engaging sessions
- Administration of candidate examination entries and submission of documents to ensure compliance with awarding organisations.
- Marking of student work.
The successful candidates will be creative in your teaching and delivery of learning; with commitment, enthusiasm as well as determination to raise standards.
