The Role:
In this hybrid role as a SMART Metering Customer Relationship Manager to develop and maintain trusting and beneficial relationships with multiple Business Customer Partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Customer Relationship Plans for each Business Customer Partner, identifying key customer relationships and growth opportunities
- The identification and management of key external opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience reputation of the clients Smart Programme
- Leading the regular Business Customer Partner meeting and reporting activities (such as; MI, Reporting packs, Customer satisfaction)
About You
- An appreciation of SMART metering and/or SMETS phases would be an advantage
- Commercial Awareness
- Strong customer focus/service in a B2B environment
