Salary: £20,430 per annum
12 Months Fixed Term Contract – 37.5 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is advertising for two Housing Officer on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for two full-time Housing Officers in Bracken Court in Leeds working 37.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 7.30am - 3.30pm and 2.30pm - 10.00pm over a 7 day working rota. These are fixed term positions for a 12 month period.
Bracken Court is set in its own grounds with 3 flats and 12 shared units. It is a popular service for customers who need longer - term temporary accommodation, with the offer of other services working alongside the organisation to deliver support to customers.
Working with vulnerable customers will be a daily part of your role, so a DBS check will be required.
The successful applicant must have an understanding of finance (in terms of rent and service charges), and some knowledge of tenancy law and management is also desirable. You will be positive, resilient and proactive in your approach and will possess strong IT skills.
