Our Livewell service is currently looking for positive and self motivated people to work on a full time basis.  We want people who have a passion for working with people from different backgrounds.
 
Livewell Officers deliver customer focused support, enabling our customers to live independently. You’ll assist customers to sustain their tenancy, maximise their income, reduce debt, increase wellbeing and live connected and safe lives as part of a community. 
 
We’re working with local community groups to help people reconnect with where they live and to positively impact on health loneliness and isolation.  You may also be involved in organising and facilitating high quality information, activities and events for customers to improve their health and well-being from one of our 12 community hubs. 
 
You’ll already have experience of working in a customer focused way in supported housing, social care or a community environment and will be confident working one to one with people.  You’ll be committed to enabling independence for older people, engaging our customers and working in partnership with agencies and other external organisations.  A full driving license and the ability to travel around the BANES area is essential. 
 
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.
