bet365, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, is looking for bright, knowledgeable and enthusiastic people to join our Customer Service team in supporting and servicing our worldwide client base via telephone, email and Live Chat at our offices in Staffordshire, England.

Ideal candidates will have an excellent standard of English, good keyboard skills and a customer focused approach. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial.

Candidates must be prepared to work any 5 days from 7 including weekends to cover the busy sporting calendar. This is rewarded with competitive pay rates and an excellent enhanced bonus scheme for successful applicants.

From your first day in the Company, relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
