CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/ADVISOR
We are currently looking to recruit 2 full time Customer Services advisors. You must have minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service, and will have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
You will be used to working on your own initiative and as part of a team, be
self-motivated and have the ability to work in a methodical manner. You will be IT literate and have an excellent telephone manner, as well as being proactive regarding resolution to problems.
Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be key to your success.
You must be professional, have excellent interpersonal skills and able to
liaise with a variety of people at all levels.
Most importantly you will have a calm happy disposition.
