The Role:

- You will be immersed in a fast paced 360 role that while demanding will offer you a chance to earn fantastic bonuses.
- Identify future business and approach contractors within the UK offering their services.
- You will develop and manage both client and candidate relationships within a competitive environment.
- You will also be responsible for the selection of suitable candidates to fill those positions.

What you need:

- Must be focused on a career in recruitment.
- Experience of working in recruitment or a sales role is required, dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis.
- Someone who has outstanding communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Is resilient, charismatic and driven, someone who is ambitious to learn and progress their career and earning potential beyond their peers.
- Have good interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed are crucial to the role.
