Job title: Debug Technician Location: Peterlee, County Durham, SR8 Salary: up to 25,000 dependent on experience Hours: Full time, Permanent Established over 30 years ago, the company, based in Co. They provide total test solutions to enable companies and organisations to comply with the demands of all types of legislation and covering a wide range of international standards for the manufacturing, medical, 17th edition and safety testing industries. The company is currently looking to recruit a Debug Technician to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Debug failed manufactured units and repair/rework as necessary Timely communication of any trends in failures Participate as part of the overall operations team to continuously improve the output and status of the department To understand the positioning and importance of the Purchasing Department within the company as a whole Key Requirements: Ability to debug at a component level IPC Class II - soldering qualification Strong rework skills and experience Desirable Experience: Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work with the wider manufacturing team in the achievement of departmental objectives.
