HR & PAYROLL OFFICER
Required as soon as possible
Working within a busy generalist HR function, you will be responsible for undertaking all administration of HR, Payroll and Pension processes and procedures. Your duties will include all areas within Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Payroll administration and administration of both a National and Local Government Defined Benefit/Final Salary Pension Scheme.
To be successful, you will need to have a proven track record of advising staff and managers on all HR procedures and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. Proficiency in IT is essential for the role and previous experience of payroll and/or pension administration is highly desirable.
