We are seeking part-time Telephonist/Operators to join our 24 hour Call Centre.
Your main duties will be to answer calls and deal with queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The following skills are essential to carry out the role of a Telephonist/Operator:
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Basic geographical knowledge of Brighton & Hove, and the surrounding areas
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
You must be available to work unsociable hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays day time and evening.
