The Role:
ADB Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a number of experienced Temporary Customer Services Assistants on behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray. The role of Customer Services Assistant will be to work on our clients very prestigious customer campaigns where you will be receiving inbound calls that consist mostly of customers placing new orders, chasing orders and amending orders. The role does include some weekend work as our client is open 7 days a week, but you will receive other days off to compensate this. We are recruiting for a number of roles to start as follows:-

The roles are to start from immediately until approx mid January but we also have opportunities to be made permanent.
Shift 1: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 5:30pm and Sunday 10:30am - 4:30pm
Shift 2: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 8pm (33hrs per week)
Shift 3: Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm (37.5hrs)
Your Profile:
We are looking to ideally recruit Customer Services Assistants/ Advisors but we will also consider graduates and school leavers. You must be loyal and committed to the full duration of the temporary contract to start as stated above. You must be confident speaking on the telephone and interacting with clients/ customers of all levels. You must be computer literate and have an exceptional telephone manner and multitasking skills.

Our client is accessible by public transport, although own transport is preferred. They also have their own free parking on site. Salary:
GBP7.69 per hour + Holiday Pay (GBP0.93 per hour) + Free Parking
