Our client a very successful Medium Sized IFA Wealth Planning practice based on the outskirts of Newbury, is actively looking to recruit a Senior Wealth Planning Administrator to work within their leading Wealth Planning Administration Team. This role is integral to the business and the successful applicant will be working alongside an equally senior and experienced Administrator, supportint the Wealth Planning Team of Advisers and Paraplaners. To be considered you must currenlty be a Senior Level Wealth Planning Administrator and be able to hit hte ground running immediately.

As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Planning Team, this will include the following:

- Managing and Maintaining the ongoing correspondence and liaison with clients
- Maintaining records, databases, documents and files - ensuring all Compliance requirements are met
- Coordinating the Annual Review process with clients
- Generating valuations, arranging meetings, preparing documentation
- Completing forms (both paper-based and electronic), submitting new business on behalf of the client
- Processing new client information in preparation for meetings
- Using IT programmes including Finametrica, FE Analytics, MS Office & Platforms (Cofunds)
- Developing new processes through a continuous improvement mindset
- Basic admin duties as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client base

To be considered for this role it is extremely important you meet the following criteria:-

- Currently working within a Senior Wealth Planning Administrator role
- Excellent working knowledge of financial planning services including Regulatory requirements and product/provider knowledge of primarily Pensions & Investments
- Strong capability in the use of IT software packages and portfolio management systems/platforms
- Minimum 4 years' as an Administrator in the financial planning industry
- Experience of working within a Financial Planning Team
